Workspace owners can manage subscriptions, payment methods, and invoices from Billing. Cancellation at the end of the paid period keeps access until that date. Existing documents remain accessible after a downgrade; new content and invitations follow the current plan limits.
You can import UTF-8 text and Markdown, write documents, and export accessible knowledge. Slack, Notion, Jira, GitHub, and Google Drive synchronization and PDF extraction are planned.
No. Sign-in only uses your basic Google profile and verified email. Drive synchronization is a separate planned feature.
